Has anyone replaced your foxes carpet? I will do mine, but I never have before. Any tips? Does it just lay on the floor, or is it fastened some how? Thanks.

Well somebody has to give an answer so from what I have learned and I do not claim to know all or even alot but but I know a little about a lot or is that a lot about little? Sorry about that that I have been consuming some Quality Canadian _UD. The carpet don't need to glue down you might want some sound deadening or something. I heard it is good to lay it flat for a couple days prior to install. You may need to cut holes for seatbelts etc pretty easy

ill advised

me and my friend did his carpet in his 91gt. came out great. we just took out the whole interior and then took out the old carpet. we laid the old carpet on the new one and traced the holes where the shifter went in and all the wires. it's pretty straight forward if you can trace, but some of us cant lol

I think it would be better to trim the carpet and cut any holes after you have it in the car. That way if something doesnt line up, like the heel pad under the pedals, you should be able to manuever it around to try and get a proper fit. I need to do this too, but with the roll cage and the special frame stiffeners in the car, mine will be way more complicated than a car without.

Measure twice, cut once or buy twice.
