I have alway disliked the way that the front corner lights had the black weather strip that ran across the top of it and then the headlight was clear across that section. I will show you what I mean in the pics. So I made a matte black vinyl strip that ran across the top of the headlight to black it out and continue the black from the top corner lights to across the top of the headlight. It just never looked finished to me. The color matches perfectly and it is a subtle mod but I feel does improve the look. Let me know what you guys think and if your interested in it let me know.

My lights came black to the point where the ridge is on the headlights. You can see the ridge in the top two pics. That line needed to be extended about another inch to line up with the corner light weather strip.

10X better!:nice:

I to always hated that look, very poor design team that didn't cover that, headlights can make or break the car, but now we have a solution, curious if you recommend any specific type or brand of stripping.

Well I own a vinyl graphics company. I use avery brand vinyl but any should do. I buy it by the roll (24"x10yards) and just cut the strips from that. To match the finish of the weather strip I used matte black, I don't think gloss black would look good.

There waa a company that sold them as "headlight eyebrows" a few years back, it may have been paperflames that had it. I actually did it to my stock head lights years ago but with black vinyl tape. It looked good but the tape I used was inferior and it kept coming off. I'm sure that with todays available vinyls that wouldn't be much of an issue anymore.

Looks good on your car, i tryed doin it with some black out tape and it came out like crap, I was not able to follow the curve on the headlight, i guess the vinyl is more flexible, also It just doesnt look right if it doesnt match the corner weather strip:nonono:
