I have a good code scanner. No codes. So humor me please. How does the vacuum leak know the compressor isn't plugged in? I can turn the inside control on and no craziness. It's only when the compressor circuit is energized.

Does it do the same if the HVAC system is set to defrost?
In defrost mode, the A/C is cycled on because it acts as a dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air, thus clearing the windshield.
If it acts differently from full A/C mode, then you can narrow it down to possibly something in the HVAC switch/system.
If it acts the same, then you can pretty much eliminate the HVAC switch.

Random Thought:
Check your coil saturation at cruise too. Wire up a voltmeter from power to ground at the coil so you can see what's going on there.

I just gave up last week and took it to a very reputable older guy with a shop. He insisted on putting a new set of coils on the car to make sure. I told him i didn't have money to throw parts at it and that i had just put a whole new set on last week. He insisted that it was the only way he could know and that he was getting misfires on 3 and then 4. So i caved and did it. $370 later i have a second set of coils and it's still doing the same thing.
On a side note: Any other knuckle dragger would have just swapped the coils to opposite cylinders to see if the misfires followed.
Do the "Dark Lightning" trick too. Wait until it's pitch black outside, start the car with the hood open and see if you find any arcing.
Honestly y'all. Please tell me how to loop the plug at the AC compressor so it thinks it's running. That will tell me more than anything. I keep asking. I've heard people mention doing it so i know somebody call tell me about this. I didn't want to guess and fry something.

Seriously though. I know good and well somebody knows how to jump that connector so the system thinks the compressor is running.
I think it's nothing to do with the A/C and everything to do with the electrical system. When you turn on the A/C, it forces the electric fan on, and that's drawing down the voltage until you're not getting enough to make spark. Either the alternator/voltage regulator is going bad, the fan is drawing too much power, or there's a ground issue.
This might sound a little risky, but as long as you can get up to speed, it isn't. Disconnect your fan, ensure the cables are away from the belt & accesories, and get up to 40+ mph where you won't overheat. Turn on your A/C, and see what happens. Bet the issue goes away. I suppose it could be something to do with the blower motor, too. So, just turn the blower on low. What did ya gap the plugs at, and are ya sure they're right for the heads?

That's exactly why I'm trying to jump the AC compressor coil plug if someone would just tell me how.... I know y'all don't have the luxury of feeling this, but it feels like a missing electrical jolt....a random series of them. Doesn't feel like a drag on the system. It's on/off.

No idea on that car. On a fox, just jumper the switch on the accumulator.
Yeah but that just makes the compressor run no matter what. I want the actual compressor not running but the rest of the car to think it is to eliminate the compressor.
