Alright Im almost done putting in my new engine. Except there are a few things Im not sure where they go.

1. These look like ground wires to me but Im not sure where they go. I think one bolts to the PS bracket but where do the others go??

2. This also looks like a ground wire. The picture is of it bolted to my old head.

3. This looks like the PS hose but Im not sure how it goes in the hole? There seems to be some round cylinder thing preventing it from going in.

Looks like all of the ground wires. They connect to the chassis

Picture #1, large ring terminal bolts to the driver side of the timing cover. You should have a bolt and a star washer for it.

Picture #1, small ring terminal w/ 2 wires bolts behind the battery to the fender apron. There should be a green coated bolt if I recall correctly.

Picture #1, other small ring terminal, I can't see it well enough to know for sure what it is coming from.

Picture #2, (driver side head looks like) this bolt is for the 'engine to chassis' braided ground strap AND one of the main ECU grounds coming from the rear of engine harness. I think the wire is orange with a heat protective sleeve on it. Not sure why your head has that wire added on it unless it is for something aftermarket added. If not.....mickey mouse.

Picture #3, can't see it well enough, and I've never taken the power steering lines apart, so sorry.

Good Luck

There all grounds the larger one goes to the timming case. The one in the pic on the head is for some acc. that was added in i'm assuming. The power steering hose i beleive you have to take the fitting out of the pump to makeit work or take it off the hose to fit it in the pump? peace

I figured it out. The cylinder that was in the PS was just slightly jamed and all I had to do was push it to one side and it came unjammed. There is a spring on the other side so all I had to do was just push the PS hose into it and it compressed.
