Randy can hook you up if you want the stockers... I paid 79.99 a piece in October, mine had a little bit of a gap, too, just like your passenger side but it wasnt too noticeable.
I posted pics over on AM's forums and called them this morning. They gave me the option of another set but I declined and asked for store credit instead. They are going to just refund my money which will more than likely go back to them anyway if I decide to buy a cat-back next week.

I just got a set of smoked headlights from Ford and they don't fit perfectly. There is a decent size gap on the drivers side and a very small one on the passenger side. All in all it looks much better than the stock foggy/scratched chrome ones that were in there. Plus it only cost $140 for the set. Not to bad.
