New hood problems

having problems on figuring out how to put this latch in im sure im going to have to cut who done this before? here are some pictures

i just had the same problem with my new hood..............just take the latch and use the bolts that came with the hood and bolt it on. as far as the part that goes to the header panel, you need to take a dremel and carefully "shave" it down inside the hole at the metal that's pop rivited on.
