Finally had the Kaenen hood and Steeda Wing installed over Spring break. Went with the taller 2.25" over oem hood version.

Ordered both from Steeda, $360 for the hood - 10% discount because of Ford Fun Weekend. The hood is exceptional quality, no problems installing it. Body shop used BASF paint. $400 to install hood, blend fenders, and repaint bumper. Then $150 to do the wing.

Yes, the Pony rims will be replaced with some FMS Cobra R 17x9's this summer with Nitto 555's,

Like the hood.
I DONT dislike the spoiler, I just like the S-281 and the Boss Spoilers.

I'm starting to like it, and would have perferred the S-281. But it was free.

Hood is good and I DO like the Spoiler I think its a nice look and its different I dont see to many of them arround here. Good deal now for the wheels

car looks good man. i love that hood and may get one myself after my motor swap. the wing is ok.....i've seen better and i've seen worse. it's not my personal choice but it's not obnoxiously big or anything.

Looks good! I love the hood and the spoiler. I had that spoiler on my last car. it'll grow on you big time. I love how it looks from straight behind the car. Good job!

Hey Greg - I had Steeda deliever it to the body shop. I think it was $51, and they really packaged it well, not a scratch or anything.

The Kaenen hoods are really nice. There just down the street from Steeda.
Btw - Dallas Automotive Paint & Body here in Lakeland did the work if you ever need any painting done. They did a base coat in black paint then put 3 coats of green then 3 more coats of clear then baked and buffed it out the next day. Did all of that in 2 days.

I headed over to St. Pete to see family Sat. and while cruising on I-4 a Lightening pulled up beside me and rolled their windows down and gave me a thumbs up. Then when I got over to Seminole I pulled in behind a Fox body and we stopped for a light and he looked back at the new hood and gave a thumbs up knod. I had no idea what a difference the hood would make.

91LX_5L - I think you could call it that. The oem FMS Cobra hood is 1.75" taller than the stock oem hood. The one I have is 2.25" taller than stock. I wanted to make sure I had enough room for any upgrades in the future. Steeda has them for the same price. $399

Ummm, no they're not. They're 20 minutes North (in Rockledge) of my house and Steeda is a good 2+ hours South of me. I know because I've been there (Kaenen's shop).

The beauty of this is I don't have to pay shipping on the hood that I'm picking up this week (just a regular ol' R hood to clear my intake).

Oops - need to take the location up with Jason at Steeda, perhaps we was referring to a retail outlet.

Make sure you get some pics posted when you get the R hood installed.

just like my hood www.cardomain.com/id/xartisticsinnerx but i only paid 200 from cobra auto parts for mine. that wing is pretty sweet too.

I really like the hood too. I am not to much into the wing. All that matters is that you like it.
