I have stock 19 lbs. injectors installed. I have already installed a 190 lph fuel pump, BBK adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Cobra intake, BBK 70mm throttle body and C&L 73mm mass air meter. I want to install the Trickflow twisted wedge heads. Do I need to upgrade my injectors to at least 24 lbs injectors? Information greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I called the TFS tech dept before I put my TFS heads in, the guy said 19's were fine, just add a little fuel pressure. Works great now that I finally put them in, and the sound is unreal from them heads. Go to fordmuscle.com and search for the 'Green Machine II' project car, they ran 12.1s with the stock injectors/cam-TW heads-Typhoon intake- I like it becuase its almost the same setup as I've got, click on my garage you can see my list of mods

I would upgrade people have had problems with running out of fuel on the top end from the injectors not being able to push enough. Going learn on high RPM's is not good. Plus then you will already have the upgraded injectors incase you go blown, nitrous.

well with a blower, i thought 24's were a little too small, i thought you needed the injectors in the 30's, i think its 30 or 36.

I think it depends on how much boost your running. I have 30's in my current setup H/C/I cause i plan to get boosted later on why pay for injectors twice ya know. But you might be right about 24's being too small for boost but I know they can work for juice.

I wrote an excel calculator for figuring this out, based upon formulas I found in Four Stroke Performance Tuning by A. Graham Bell. If you provide an accurate/realistic hp estimate and I can give you duty cycle and pressure examples for different size injectors, both N/A and Boost/Nitrous. Or pm me and I can send you the calculator.
