Alright its time to dump my old springs and get some new ones. What should I be looking for? Recommendations? If Im doing the leaf springs what else should I look at replacing? Shocks?
Eaton is the brand you want for new leaf springs. I have heard a lot of the others do not last, they start to sag too soon. As for what else to replace at the same time...easy enough, Shocks, bushings and shackles(and rear axle if you plan any upgrades there). I would suggest researching bushings and shackles if you are upgrading for performance. Same for shocks....Koni or Bilstein might be spendy, but there is a reason they have a good reputation.
depends on what you are doing with the car. for me it was maier racing 4.5 springs, poly front bushing, rubber rear, integra shocks and panhard. will out handle pretty much any set up out there. don't go koni, bilstein are best if not going expensive route. again it depends.
