I dont know if this is a repost or not but I thought it was interesting?? I didn't know Mac made an intake manifold??

it looks like a edelbrock performer intake i wonder if it is comparable to other intakes?

Hmm, if it's cheaper than the others, and still performs pretty decent, I may pick one of these up!

Yeah looks like a copy cat. The 5.0 has been around long enuf that I doubt anyone is really able to squeeze anything noteworthy out of it. It'll probabaly just be an overpriced Performer due to temporary hype.

I'm pretty sure it's just the backing plate on the upper intake. It is suposed to be curved for more capasity, but not the whole intake itself. I could be wrong, but then again, another Edelbrock Performer copycat, but then again, I have the real thing!

Yeah,I just saw that in the other thread,,It would be a bit of an over kill for my stock motor,LOL,,,I like it though!
