My Mustang arrived on 02 Aug, and I picked it up later that day!!! I love it, it is awesome, and I have been enjoying the top down motoring For Marine One, it turned out that they were not able to give me the $500 Military discount because of the reason you mention above, but there was another $500 discount that I qualified for by using the X-plan, so everything came out the same price wise.
When I ordered my car the salesman said that I would get the $500 military rebate. He was also quick to point out that I would be entitled to the rebates in effect when I take delivery of the car, so we shall see. I'm sure we will go around the block on that one once the car comes in. I know that I already plan to discuss the $269 "documentation fee" that I saw pre-printed on one of the dealer's purchase orders. That one ain't gonna happen, at least not $269 worth, especially since I will be transferring the personalized tag off of the Cobra, which I can do myself with a trip to the DMV.
