Just wanted to introduce myself.Just joined Stangnet today.My handle is boys stang.I manage a body shop and found a mustang with moderate damage to the rt front.I wanted to investigate so i ran the vin # thru my estimating system.What i had here was a 1995 5.0 gt convertable 5 speed...Its been a while since i worked on cars but i had to know more.The owner came in later that day and was pissed he did'nt have ins. coverage to cover loss..Long story short I bought the car for $450.00..Bought a fiberglass hood from steeda with a 3in rise..replaced frt bumper,headlamps rt fender..repaired rt fender apron and radiator support..vehicle runs strong and is road worthy.will complete body work at later date and repaint entire vehicle.I'm sure i will need advice on mechanical repairs i will have to do and will welcome any help.
