new mod will increase power et in 1/4 ?

I installed a flowtech 2.5" off road hpipe without cats on saturday,
my exhaust is otherwise all factory. SOUNDS much better

by getting rid of my factory 4 cats and going 2.5" h pipe will i see an improvement in my 1/4 mile time or mph at the track?

That all depends on how clogged up your old cats were. But you will definatly see an improvment.

Gears will be the best mod that you'll definately feel a difference with, and also see improvements in 1/4 mile times.

I want to gears in the next couple of weeks( 3.55's), but im a little scared of doing them myself. I've never done gears before and heard they are tough to set up.
I got a hoist available to me at the Ford dealership were i work. I might get one of the technicians to give me hand. I've just started my first year as an apprentice, If i do it myself it would probably be a good way to learn.

Yes, you should be about a tenth or so quicker in the quarter...and yes gears will definately help you out a ton. i just got some 3.73's put in a couple weeks ago and it is the best mod i have ever done. replace your t-lock clutches and bearings when u do the gear swap...and make sure u spend your time and do em right! good luck man
