They didn't need to make the thing that wide front to back in order to cover the holes did they? Seems alot wider than necessary. Needs to be trimmed back like the originals so more of the lid shows.

I was excited by the first picture, and disappointed by the second one.

All that we had seen previously was that one picture of the yellow Mustang. It was because that there was only one picture why I opted for the Saleen S351 wing (replacing my stolen S281 one). Now I am REALLY glad I did go the S351 route. The way the MRT takes over the entire deck lid looks very questionable to me. I know why they did it, though -- so they would cover the holes in 99/ 00 and 01+ trunks with the same wing.

Wow, until I see some better pictures than these, this wing gets the big vote from me ... at least for now ...

I agree! It's so huge I don't know why they didn't just make a new trunk lid with a dove tail. It looks like it covers almost 60% of the lid anyway!

man i hope someone from MRT gets to read this thread. that wing was SUCH a let down. I love how they didn't show the whole untill it was released. such bs
