Your VIN# is not among the 4,628 VIN# I have for the '99 35th Anniversary "Limited Edition" GT. All 1999 Mustang (except Cobra) have 35th badges. But only 4,628 came with the "Limited Edition" package and it was only available on the GT. They had special charcoal and silver interior, hood stripe,unique rocker panels, piloshed wheels, hood scoop, unique spoiler, etc.
