Ended up buying an '04 vert a couple days ago. The last mustang I owned was a '92 LX coupe quite a few years ago. I'll be picking up the car some 200 miles away tomorrow, should be an interesting trip home. Here are some images and vids provided by the seller....

VERY nice! Great numbers, great mods, and awesome condition. I bet that thing was a pretty penny! It should be a monster at the track with the Whipple and solid axle out back.

Yikes! That was more then mine was a year ago with 40K on it.

Dont matter, still a very sweet car and you will have fun with it. I know why people do it but still cant see getting a Cobra with a SRA. The IRS is SOOOOOOOO nice on teh street

Thing sure is in great shape. Took my slow ass interwebz connection forever to open them

Ouch!!!

Buddy of mine sold his near 500rwhp silver Anniversary convertable for 23k with the same mileage over a year ago.

As long as you are happy with it that is what counts, but that is a pretty steep price. Just keep in mind, mods do not add value to the car. It may seem that way, but people tacking on price for a modded car is just them wanting to get a part of what they invested for the parts back.

Verry good point. As I said before. Mine was $26000 with 41XXX on it. It was a single owner and had $22000 in modifications (reciepts for all) and I have found from the previous owner he only took it to the track one time after the mods and did 5 runs. I had already owned the car for 6 months when I got ahold of him so there was no reason for him to lie.
Now I would be lucky to get 22K for mine

Congrats on the purchase - that is definitely a unique Cobra. As far as what everyone else is saying - it's worth whatever someone's willing to pay for it. I think you get a hell of a lot of car for 28k - trying getting an 09 GT Premium for that much out the door. And while the IRS Cobra's are wheel hopping off the line, you'll be chirping 2nd gear!

That is quite a bit. 10grand over blue book from a private party, around 7-8 if from a dealer. If you are happy, then that is all that matters. Welcome, and it looks like a nice car.

I was about to say. Cause when I first seen the pic I thought it was 6Xk miles, but then looked agian and counted the digits and realized it was only 6k miles. I think its a good deal for such low miles and what all is done!
