well just got some new parts for the stang. I already ordered and have a set of 4:10 gears for the rear, and a sct tuner. Also ordered a MGW short throw shifter. Getting ready to buy a professional products intake plenum and throttle body on Wednesday along with a set of BBK Shorty Headers (getting a good deal on em so dont even ask "why not long tubes). I also just purchased a mach 1 grille delete and chin spoiler to add to my appearance. So wish me luck everyone on my quest to more hp.

Cliff notes*
Bought and will buy
1. 4:10 gears
2. SCT Tuner
3. MGW Short Throw Shifter
4. Professional Products Plenum & TB
5. BBK Shorty Headers
6. Grille Delete
7. Chin spoiler

And mods i already have are as followed: Magnaflow Magnapack Catback and UPR O/R X-pipe and lowered on Eibach lowering springs

Good list of parts you got there, have fun. Please no Professional Products Plenum & TB, get BBK 78mm plenum/tb combo

SFC's as in subframe connectors? I just might pick them up also but might get a set of upper and lower control arms instead. But is it necessary in getting both upper and lower or do i just need one of em?

The Professional Products setup is good. I know several people running that combo, and I have a PP throttle body with zero complaints.

As far as control arms, it is reccomended to keep the stock Ford uppers and buy a good set of lowers. I am sure this is a pretty debated topic, but I have seen some people that I respect alot for their mechanical knowlege reccomend keeping the stock upper control arms, unless you upgrade to the Ford HD uppers.

There isn't anything wrong with Prof. Prod. parts. I have thier plenum and its a great piece. I doubt there is any difference between them and any other company's tb/plenum combo

well got my car back from the shop today and All i gotta say is "I love it". Even though i'm taking it easy on it, it still feels like a new car. I even uploaded my canned tune from American Muscle too and installed my Professional Products plenum and TB also and I must say that I am completely pleased with my parts i have installed so far. Thanks again for everyone's comments too.

well i just got my mgw shifter in the mail today and already installed it, and i must say i absolutely love it. But It took me a while to figure out how to get it right and everything. I first put it on and forgot to take the little plastic black piece off the stock shifter ball and put it on the mgw. i felt a lot of front and back slop and was like wtf wuts going on. so then i looked at the stock shifter and was like oh my i forgot this piece. so i had to take it all back apart and put the piece on and it felt like night and day. Ill try to get pics of everything when i get a chance. so updated pics to come.

Great parts list, wish I could do that much at one time. But the wife and budget limit me to only a couple of things a year. I've had the MGW on the top of my list for a year now but it keeps getting bumped.

First I decided on an o/r h pipe for Christmas (soon to go on as soon as it warms up) instead of the shifter. Then this week I came on a good deal for slightly used 3.73 gears so I'm getting those. And of course that means instead of getting a shifter for my birthday this summer I'll have to get a tuner instead. So now the shifter is again delayed until Christmas. But oh well, I can't wait to get in the parts I have now, just wish I had the shifter too.

yeah i def enjoy driving it a lil more now. only thing is my exhaust is kinda drony due to the 4:10s at cruising speeds on the highway rpms are at like 2600 so im kinda like "HMMM hopefully it will get a lil quieter when i install my shorties" if not i may be looking for a new exhaust set up maybe? not sure yet cause i really love my magnapacks. And im even thinking about smoking my head and tail lights along with sidemarkers and 3rd brake light soon too and might even paint my calibers red? What do yall think about that? and probably some window tint and be done with the exterior and modding this year.

well guys i think im gonna change my mind on the headers. I just got a really good deal on a set of bbk long tubes and a vrs catted x pipe. So im gonna go long tubes instead of shorties. So hopefully i will be happy with the final result of my exhaust set up. So wish me luck, gonna install them this weekend if they get here by then.
