woot woot. just got my t56 tranny in...tomorrow the 26 spline input shaft comes in and thursday the clutch and flywheel come in...spec stage 3+ clutch and spec steel flywheel... also about to order t56 mgw short throw shifter...woot woot i'm sooooo excited :SNSign:

oh by the way the reason i got a t56 was because i blew out 3rd and 4th gear in my t45

2 things.

where did you get your T-56 and who manufactured it? rebuilt fortified?brand new Ford unit? or brand new aftermarket fortified unit?

secondly let me know what kind of gas mileage you're getting with it.


im gonna go with a MPH 4.6 800+ hp block, KB 2.6 Blowzilla, and T-56 for my setup, and wanted to make sure this t-56 will hold up and what kind of gas mileage that T-56 gets.

well it's brand new. i bought it from MMR. i upgraded to the 26 spline input shaft. not sure what the gas mileage is....i'll let you know when i get it installed and run thru the 1st tank of gas. thanks
