I put new rear springs on, maxspeeds from ebay, hoping to lower the rear a little. Plus the car has some miles, so I figured an upgrade was in order. The car sits exactly the same height as before and the pass side is still 1/2" higher than the drivers, even though the new springs measured over 1" shorter. You may remember me as the guy with 2 rear sway bars. Could this be causing the problem? Here is some pics, maybe someone can identify the old springs??

I am gunna tell ya something... I have two rear sway bars (an adjustable one JUST like yours) and I have the EXACT same problem as you. But, SOMETIMES it will sit weird. A big difference side to side, sometimes up to 1 inch. I always thought it was the additional swaybar, but now I'm almost positive it is after hearing your story. I have Saleen Racecraft springs and it does sit lower the stock, much.... but it does still sometimes sit **** eyed. I had to modify the shiot out of my FRPP Rear Girdle to get it to fit with that swaybar too. Now I'm gunna rip that bitch out to see if it sits right all the time!! :SNSign: rules for this reason. Finding people with the same problems with the same setups!! :nice:

First off, that looks like the stock spring in the first photo. Secondly, i had a problem with my car sitting funny. I thought i broke a rear spring, so i bought FRPP C spring cuz i wanted them anyways  . SOOO, as my bro-inlaw and i were changing found out it was actually 1 of the front springs that broke. just at the very bottom. And If you do not have the front springs sitting in the a-arm correctly (its obvious how they are suppose to go in) the car will also not sit right. So maybe the front is off, not ur rear springs.

Im gonna do the front springs this week, as well as remove the extra sway bar, we will see if that helps. Seems really weird that springs that are supposed to provide a 1 3/4" drop, didnt. i will let you know how it goes, thanks.:nice:

UPDATE!!! Just got the front end done and its all fixed! I guess it was one of the front springs that was causing the whole driver side to be 1/2" taller than the pass. side. It worked out exactly as I hoped it would, with the pass side staying the same and the driver side dropping to match. Car looks MUCH better now!
Thanks for the help!

Here is a pic of the new front stuff.
