Ok guys, the new setup is listed below:
351 Cleveland with 2 V heads
.030 over
2.055 Intake / 1.71 Exhaust Manley Swirled Stainless Valve
.519/.519 lift cam 270H Comp Cams with matching springs
3A valve job
Erson Roller Rockers riding on a Crane Cam Conversion kit
Hardened Pushrods
Speed Pro Hypereutectic 9.5:1 Compression Pistons
Canton 7qt oil pan w/ Crank scraper
1 3/4" Hooker Comp Headers
2.5'' dual exhaust, awaiting H-Pipe
Edelbrock Performer intake
Road Demon 625 carb
Pertronix Ignitor II Ignition
Going for 375 at the crank. Problem is my transmission, an FMX, was just rebuilt new, and a B&M shiftkit installed, stage II Street/Strip setting. A slightly higher than stock converter installed, no more than 2500 RPMs. I know the FMX is the heavy beast, and more parasitic than others, so what type of loss is typical from them. Going from 375 at the crank, what type of power should I expect to see at the wheels?
I appreciate the help guys.
