New shift knob, new idea?

Just ordered a new shift knob called the reaper. Have an idea, but need some input on it. I ordered it in satin and was thinking of painting the button on top red. Think it will look good or funny? Here's what the shift knob looks like.

It's a new product of their's and it looked cool to me I just hope it looks better then the ugly stock one. I'll take pics and let you guys know how good or ugly it looks lol.

Yea I dont think that knob is going to look good with the stock arm either, now if you had like a B&M Hammer it might look good.

A pistol grip for an automatic? Pistol grips are sick but I dont see the point of an automatic pistol grip. I have an aluminum one made by Hurst for my 5-speed. Whos knows though I could be wrong. Take a few picks and shut me up lol.

I figure it would look better than the ugly stock one at least. Could be better or worse.
