I have a new shifter bezel and noticed that there are two "drive" options. One is a small dot and the other is a larger circle. Is this live drive vs overdrive?

I assume you are driving a 65 or 66 with a C4 transmission. The valve body for those years is a bit different. The small dot is 2nd and the big dot is D. The transmission is a three speed. There is no overdrive on the C3, C4, C6, or FMX. The AOD was the first Ford transmission toi use overdrive.
