The 10 holes were the craze before the 95 Cobra R wheels went crazy in the mid 90's. As others mentioned, they do look better than what was on there. That's about it.
I keep 10 holes around the paint shop to use on cars to roll them around while paint work is getting done. They make good shop wheels. Turbines do too. LOL
Back in the day, we all used the phone dial wheels to mount our slicks on. They used to go for a pretty penny. I've got a set of them laying around as spares.
