well, after I get my car modded (Edelbrock upper and lower Performer, BBK pulley's, 70 mm TB, Flow tech headers, off road H pipe, and Home maid CAI) this weekend, im gonna need it tuned, but should I go with some performence spark plugs, are performance spark plugs worth it? is there even such a thing as performance spark plugs?

2) what should I set my timing to?

3) will I be able to beat LT1's?

If you have stock heads and no power adder, use stock Autolite plugs. You wont see any improvement with platinums or iridiums or the ones with 2 or even 4 electrodes. Stock, $0.89 a piece Autolites.

I went to wally mart to get me some autolites and they have 2 models for the 5.0. One was for the 5.0(d) and one for 5.0(t). Which should I get for my 95 5.0 gt vert? Also they had the recommended gap of .045 (d) or .055(t), is this correct?

I dont know what you mean with 5.0(t), 5.0(d), etc. The stockers for your car are most likely Autolite 25 plugs. One heat range colder would be 24.

I've never, ever put on any sort of spark plugs, on any car. But I gotta learn how to do it someday.

Yeah the stock gap should be between .052-.055.
