Right you are sir.

I attempted several different routes to try and get my '08 V6 sprayed Highland Green when I ordered it in October... but every route failed. I even offered to pay Ford for the paint job, but they said no.

It is clear that they want the Highland Green to be unique to the Bullitt, even if someone is willing to pay them more cash for it. I respect that.

will i would of got it in black and then sent it to a shop that day to get painted Highland Green.

I thought about that but wasn't sure whether an ordinary paint shop could duplicate Highland Green the way Ford makes it.

That's an awesome deal for the Bullitt, X-Plan is 30-and some.

Everbody here will tell you to get a GT and mod which I would agree.

But if you MUST keep your car stock I would go for the bullitt. Better exhaust, lower suspension (but not low enough), more HP, 3.73 gears.

Leaps and bounds above a STOCK GT. I would be bored ****less driving a stock GT.

If you are sure you are not going to do any mods, then I would definitely go with the Bullit. I wanted Highland Green from the moment I saw the S197's.

The only thing that the bullit needs is the silverhorse louvers. I would also get a custom tune to bring the power up to 350hp at the crank. It would make for one heck of a daily driver.

I really like the bullit cars and love my regular GT but I think you are kidding yourself if you really think you are going to not do anything to your new car. The bullit may delay the need to do any mods but eventually it will happen. Good luck with it though

Hell, get a gt/cs. looks way better than a normal gt and bullitt (in my opinion) but doesnt cost as much as the bullitt. my 08 cs stickered at just over 31 and I got it for 29, not bad for a car that can be left visualy stock and still look good.

My '08 Bullitt stickered for $32.5k. Got it for a little less than $30k.

Still undecided on what to get. I need to make up my mind soon as I have a sale pending on my truck!! Leaning toward the Bullitt still. As long as I can get A-plan on it I expect to pay between 25-26K for a 32K sticker.

I love the green color the bullits get. I have no idea why anybody would get a black bullit
