They shouldve given those to the state troopers. Better for high speed pursuits then rolling around town I guess.

Nice.... there is a Cop around here that has an SRT8 Challenger.... tax dollars at work...lol

Maybe the Challenger was a drug arrest seizure? With all the budget issues that governments (state and municipal, federal doesn't seem to care) are having, I think a Challenger SRT-8 would be tough to get town approval on. A friend of mine is a Vermont State Trooper and he said New Hampshire hates their Charger police cars, they have had reliability problems.

A couple months back there was a blue Shelby w/white stripes at my daughters school when I dropped her off. Tinted windows of course, it was awesome. I nodded to the State Policeman and told him "nice car". He say's, "Thanks, you too." He pulled the person in front of me over, I think it was a custody/welfare/child support type of case.
