Hey all. Im new to the board and just would like to say Hey. I know Im going to be told to do a search but if anyone could give me quick advice on a route to go with. Im looking for a disk brake conversion for a 65 Fastback. I'll be getting the car on Tuesday but I already know this is something thats going to need to be done.

A quick search of Ebay pulled this up:

Wilwood Disk Brakes

Any advice guys?

Stainles Steel Brakes Corp. makes a complete kit that has everyhting you need. Master Power Brakes is another company you can check out.

Yes, you should do a search. I was going to say that before I even opened this thread....

Anyway, something else to look for is a factory disc setup off a '65-66.

I finally did a search for Wilwood disk brake conversions, and came up with nothing.

Im just trying to find out how the quality is and what the stopping power is like?

Wilwood makes some of the best brakes around but their conversions sometimes leave alot of small parts out and can require fabrication.
