Hey I'm new here, I own a 00 GT. From what it look like, the previous owner was doing a 03 cobra conversation, so I figure I finish the job. First question, can a 03 Cobra hood fit on a 00 GT!?

Yes, that's what I meant. The stock GT hood comes down a little lower in the front than the GT.

On its own, no.

.....but if you combine it with one of these kits it can.

Do you mean a Cobra R hood? There was no Cobra built in North America in 2000.

It's not the R, maybe 99? It's the cobra hood before the 03 04...

Yeah, the earlier New Edge Cobra hoods will fit the GT's. I actually think they started putting them on the V6 cars near the end of the New Edge production?
