New to Turbos....learn me something!!

I have been tossing around the s/c and turbo options......and am at a loss. I know damn near everything about superchargers...but Im new to turbos/parts wise. Id figure I piece parts together as income allows..no matter how long it takes. I came across this on ebay and was wondering if it would be legit...I know I need more parts than this......but exactly what else would I need. I guess my questions are:

1. SIngle or twin Turbos?
2. How much money are we talkin?

Don't buy no-name crap, either. I'll give you that much since not everyone out there is capable of keeping their pants on when it comes to buying Mustang stuff.

Turbomustangs is where to learn you crap.

I'd say do twins if you can, but it depends on the application. Turbocharger(s), set up right and correctly tuned, will cost you more money than a supercharger.

On the other hand, they make a whole different kind of power than a supercharger. While they are both methods of forced induction, they are quite different. Read the website mentioned above, it will take you as far as you need to go.
