ok bone stock i ran 14.5 @98 mph only was able to get one run that was in august 03

track is back open on sundays now here in maryland capital raceway

it was packed out there so i only managed 2 runs
14.4 @98 mph / 2.2 '60ft first run (way to much wheel spin)
so i tried to slipping the cluch not dump it and it helped i also stuffend the tokico's in the rear from 5(way to soft) to about 3

14.2 @99.5 mph /2.1 '60ft second run
i know the car can do alot better but i am still learning to drive rear wheel style and i can only get to the track on my off days so as long as its open on sunday i will be there

What are you shifting at? All I have is a High Flow Hpipe and a K&N and I went 14.2@98mph, and the track out here is 2500ft up.

That is actually a pretty good 60' time for a 4.10 and stock tires. I don't know with the gears or not, but in my relatively stock car I had better results when shifting at 5700rpm.

yes i need more track time i was shifting at redline but i was not speed shifting like a friend of mine thought i should do maybe the speed shifting would have helped

i know the car can do 13.9 atleast if i had more track time i gain .2 just by slipping the clutch and not dumping it
