e-mail to get your name on the list or something. I think i'd do that now if my car wasn't going to be 10.3:1 compression

Then you still need bigger injectors, a fuel pump, and a computer tune to accept the new changes. When you are done, it will still cost as much as a supercharger... and you still need to buy the remaining exhaust components.

Check out www.theturboforums.com and search for pony down. The owner is an authorized dealer on the site and I believe give better deals to people on that forum.

Did you guys see that its not recommended for lowered cars? I bet the ground clearence blows... I think I would spend the extra cash on something else, so I dont have to worry about speed bumps and inclines.....

Im pretty sure Hotmustang331 built his twin turbo setup on a budget, you should check out his threads if you want to go turbo.

It's going to be a similar setup to Hellion's kit. You can go buy a Hellion kit now if you already have the front end junk it requires for cheap. Hell you can buy magicbus's turbo headers, make a merg, downpipe, and coldside and your done rofl... When I was thinkinga bout switching over it would have only cost me 2500-3000 to do everything, including a quality ball bearing turbo.

That is very true. Hellion would be the way to go, but you could piece something together pretty cheap.

And with them specifically saying your car shouldnt be lowered, I imagine even 1.5 inches is too low.

Hell, my car is lowered 1.25" and I scrape my damn chin spoiler all over town!

I just talk to the guy and seems very cool. I asked him about my eibach pro kit and ask him I got 1.5 lowered he says it ok but have to drive careful . Only with cars that are slam to the ground are not recommended. It's not gonne be dec 1st but before end of dec. Price should be about $ 2500-2700 WOW

Pony Down is popular for the 5.0 guys. I've seen quite a bit about it since a family member was going to go that route on his 302, however has a ls1 out of a corvette that is going in the fox. Seems a bit wrong in a way--but the car is going to run

Sweet. After I have seen your turbo , I want turbo too. Everyone got supercharged mustang so I like to be different and turbo sounds way cool when it spool plus make more power then supercharger and less stress on motor

By the way hotmustang331, congrats on you new # of 550 RWHP out of stock block :Word:
