Hi.
We just bought an 08 V6 so I though I'd say hi.
Mostly I am over at the MII board as I have a 78 t-top car I am restoring.
Also a 95 black convertible.
The new one is a vista blue with the Pony package.
Anyone here changed their intake manifold yet?
I was looking under the hood last night and it looks pretty awful to me.
I'd like to dress it up a bit. Even just a cosmetic cover plate.
Any other mods you guys have done that are a must for the V6?

Tune and exhaust are IMO needed to bring out the beast the 6r.
Welcome and enjoy the new ride.

midwestautogear.com had some really nice plenum covers. you can get airbrushed or just body color matched. that would dress the engine bay up nice

and im with fang. except add an intake aswell.

At least it's more erect and not floppy anymore.

I also have an '08 V6 (Alloy) and I recommend striping it if you haven't already done so. It is the key accessory that really sets your stang apart from the rest. Go for the Le Mans type (dual) stripes over the car or a single center stripe (super snake) also looks good.

Also, I would get a new wheel and tire package. I got rid of my stock wheels/tires not more than an hour after I took possession of my car. And it improves the look by an immeasurable amount.

Someone already recommended exhaust. I agree. Dual it out and get that sound up.

My friend has a Grabber Orange.
I spent the money on the Ford 200 series auto start, and that came with a remote trunk release. Thanks though.
