Well, here's my latest video of the Mustang. I love the view with the hood scoop on there.

YouTube - 1991 5.0L Fox Mustang

And here are some of my old vids if anyone cares to look at 'em.

YouTube - 5.0L Mustang Drive
YouTube - 5.0 Mustang Drag Race

And the one everyone gets on my case for:
YouTube - Mustang 5.0 and Sentra 1.6

yeah, i agree lol. stock from factory it should be in mid to high 14's. IMO i think 4.10's are too big for the small amount of things u have on it. get a good H/C/I setup

Auto vert, high 14s... man mine must have been a dog then.

My AOD equipped hatch went 15.3 @ 90 stock. Even with some mods, and gears it barely went high 14s. I agree though, good base, just need a converter and more power.

i dont know about stock 5.0s with AODs running mid-high 14s. i think 15s is about right.

my brother has a BONE STOCK 91 lx 5.0 with and AOD
even has stock gears, the car runs good and smooth but its quite a turkey at WOT, i am guessing its in the 15s.

AOD and stock gears are like dragging a boat anchor behind you. when your making stock power levels.

and WHY were you mudding in the stang???

But he's got 4.10 gears!!! That's why I busted on him for only running 15's. An AOD vert with 4.10's should be a little quicker than that.

yeah, 4.10's should have given him a quicker jump on the line. maybe made him slower? shouldve gone with 3.73?

Cool vid, foxman. Makes me want to get my '92 out to the track (if I didn't have to drive to hell and back) just to compare numbers. AOD fury, baby. All the way.

Thanks for all the comments.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it has 4.10s. How could an AOD be so dang torquey if it were otherwise. If I had the car with me I'd take a look at it, but I'll do it in a month or so. I'd love to get a good HCI setup, but i just don't have the money right now (will I ever in college?)

I was young when I went mudding. 15 or 16. I would of course never do that in my stang again, but if i had a beater stang I'd definitely do it again...that was a blast!

Oh so it might not have 4.10s? I would check that.

Also even when I had a converter and 3.73s my car never left anything hard, it just went like the video shows.
