How do you guys get a picture under your name in your posts??

im not much of a newbie and i still cant figure it out.

I scanned in a picture to my Mac and
then scaled down to the correct PIXEL
dimensions (100x100 max).
Upload to Avatar in your user control
panel.
Go by Pixels more than file size
Graphic Converter works great
for this and if it isn't free, it's damn cheap!

Actualy it's only 90x90 if you sign up for the 'Goldmember package than it's 100x100

ill translate this to what i see when i read it:
first, Blah blah blah.
then, some more Greek.
then blah blah blah blah.
then use the plasma converter to make the magic image appear.
