I am the owner of www.carsinbarns.com and have been given the task of helping a owner of a 67 GT500 shelby owner find out what his car is worth, it is a rust free all correct car auto trans but does need restored. Can someone point me in the right direction or help me in some way?

Or how about a site that has wanted adds for them?

I'd contact SAAC as they have all the info on the cars. They'll want to know it's VIN to see if it's on their list of found cars or not and they can give some history as well. If they have a rep in the area, he/she can come look at the car to give an accurate figure, but it'll cost.

That is the hard part about any classic car. If it says SHELBY on it or not. it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

If they owner wants to move it quickly, than it needs to be priced accordingly. If the owner is willing to excersise patience, then the right buyer will come along and shovel out big bucks for it.

The best thing to do is to find comparable cars that have been sold or are for sale and use them as a reference point.

Is this car by chance the one mentioned in 67mustangmaniacs post
"Another GT500 found" in this forum?
Perhaps it is just a coincidence.
Just wondering.
