So I recently purchased an 85' GT with 31k original miles.
Currently it has the following installed
- Edelbrock performer intake
- Edelbrock performer plus cam
- 2 1/2 stainless flowmaster exhaust
- 8.8" 3:73 gears
I am looking to swap the heads and possibly cam since I believe it's has a relatively mild cam (waiting to receive specs).
I would like to go with either AFR 165 or TFS heads.
Does anyone know if the AFR 165 heads will bolt on to a stock 85' motor without any valve clearance issues?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
