I have 115k on my 95 gt 5 speed vert. I am thinkin of running a safe shot of juice just to get some decent times out of her and was wondering what is a safe kit for a motor with 115k. Also what do you guys recommend for tunning????

So far i am leaning towards a dry kit, I am going to get colder plugs, and will 10 degress timimg be ok for a 75-100 shot? Any advice I will appreciate.

if ur looking for *safe* dry isnt really the way to go.

To ward of detonation you need the extra fuel... if you are just pushing a dry system with no other way to add more fuel (ie larger injectors w/tune etc) then a dry shot can be pretty dangerous.

i have never seen a dry shot that does not add extra fuel.

get a zex dry kit and call it a day. retard timing 8deg, install colder plugs, i like to have a quality fuel pressure regulator, and an upgraded fuel pump won't hurt.

dry is def the way to go.

Dry and wet are safe as long as you take the safty to make sure both will work properly.

Get a window switch with either and dont spray lower than 3k and dont hit the factory rev. limit (window switch will turn it on and off in this rpm window)

I have many friends how have ran a N.O.S. dry 5115 kit on 87-95 gt's, and 2 gen 1 lightnings with GREAT results. I run a Compucar wet kit I got off another guy local and several of those guys have run wet kits for years (NX, TNT, and Compucar).

If you want the LEAST hassle and the MOST id-10-T proof "kit" get the Zex. As far as hp goes they tend to be on the less hp making side but are prob. the safest out there.

Zex! I have it, I love it, I recommend it.

Just try not to look at the bottle to much and you'll love it too.

Not the last place I dynoed at. Every kit they dynoed fell off hard core as bottle pressure dropped. My Zex kit ran good number all the way til the last of the bottle. No bottle warmer here either. Same experience at the track.
