soo i have never owned a Ford in my life but i came across a 88 for a wonderful price and figured why not. i plan on installing my 5.4 2v from my 2002 Ford Expedition but im not sure if the trans will work in the mustang and what else would be needed. i brought the mustang with no motor,trans,harness,or computer. you guys input and ideas would be greatly appreciated

i have a few questions.. What will i need to take my 5.4 out my expedition and put it in my 88 mustang ? will i be able to use the cpu and harness out my expedition since my mustang has no cpu or harness ?
