Hello fello stangers...thats right im a newbie!!! I just bought my first but not last mustang, its an 04 GT with 40th anniv. package...and yes i know what constitutes my car having the package, its oxford white and only has 3200 miles, yea you read that correctly only 3k miles! At present i dont have any mods on it but i plan on putting on an CAI and magnaflow exhaust come spring! But in the mean time i was wondering if any of you have all weather floor mats in your stangs and if so what type? I live in chicago and plan on this being my daily driver but i still want to treat it like a queen!!! if thats possible... any info would be greatly appreciated..thanks for reading the long post!!!

Thanks much!!!
Fello Stanger

I also live in Illinois, but dont drive my Mustang all year. What part of Illinois do you live in? Do you actually live in the city? I would just get some cheap floor mats for the winter and keep the nice ones for summer use only.

I'm also a newbie, I also just bought an 04 GT. My home is in Minnesota, but I go to school in Colorado, at the Air Force Academy, so my car will also see plenty of crappy weather, no matter where I am. I plan on keeping the floor mats that came stock for the winter seasons, and I was planning on investing on some nicer ones for the summer months. I haven't shopped around for any better prices, but I think these ones look nice.. http://www.americanmuscle.com/floormats.html

I am also planning on upgrading the exhaust come spring, either flowmaster or magnaflow.

Just buy a cheapy pair of the deep groove rubber floor mats for $10 anywhere. They'll hold the water from snow you get on it, and you don't ruin your stock pair. That's what I've got. My stock mats are underneath and look as good as new.
