I'd just put stickers on it, they seem to make all the cool cars go faster

As stated the tuner and a good tune will be your best bang for the buck. You will need a tuner for any further engine performance mods anyway.

You don't list much in the way of current mods- if it's in your price range, I'd highly recommend gears as the best bang-for-the-buck performance mod.
