next mod suggestion

Current mods in the sig..What suggestions does everyone have for my next mod?
I'm looking for multiple suggestions in the given price ranges (will include installation, got an 18 month-old at home and just not enough time and help to due my own work):

$500-$1000: ideas?
$1000-$1500: ideas?

Subframes if you go the less expensive route, maybe cams if you can swing all of that for 1500 if its the upper area of your budget.

Can you get much out of cams without doing the heads too?

Heads will obviously help the cams but cams would still be ok without them. What's the goals of the car? Maybe long tubes would be a better option than cams but I think cams are only going to be a little bit more than the install on the long tubes.

Personally with a little one, I would just do the subframes and maybe some other suspension parts that might be worn out so the cars ride quality is back to good unless that has been done recently.

I dont think cams would fall within your price range IMO. You're looking at $600+ for the cams themselves, $200+ for upgraded springs, $800+ for install and degreeing, $300+ for a dyno tune. I'd say you're looking at around $2000 at least.

Personally, I think you should definitely get some longtubes and SFC's. After those you'd be set as faras bolt-ons go.

Longtubes were what I was originally thinking, but then I'd have to lose the bassani midpipe. I'm very much in love with that pipe. Little one never rides in the car, we have the Audi for that. She just soaks so much of my time, I can't afford time to tear things down and rebuild.

Id say sfc's and long tubes would be pretty good, then when you do heads/cams the lt's would compliment very well and make for one nasty all motor 4.6

+1. Shocks/struts/bushings/SFC's would round out to ~$1000 and would make your car's ride quality much improved

I think that would be a good route to go. I know you said you didn't want to install the new pieces yourself, but everything other than the SFC's would be an easy half day install if you could swing that much time away from the little one.

with longtubes

you don't have to change the mid pipe you have now...just get the installer to cut and weld it back together at the new length...cheaper than buying a new mid pipe and works the same.
