Explain the Taurus tie rods ends... never heard that one before. Thanks

The 93 Taurus tie rods (outer) are shorter than the foxes, and shouldn't require trimming of the treads. They also match the treads of the cobra rack. This is if you are running the original 4 lug set up.

Disclaimer: MM doesn't recommend this set up,because it could potentially cause bumpsteer due to the quality of OEM replacement parts and hasn't tested them.....Mine however did not see this effect. Just making you aware of the claim.

I found this out when researching my 3 link/Torque Arm set up on grassroots and corner carvers and was recommended to do this for the front.

No.bump steer issues?

If you are running the 94/95 hubs/spindles, then bumpsteer should be about the same. If you are running 96+ up, then the steering geometry requires a bumpsteer kit... (supposedly). Either configuration the tie rod ends on the cobra rack will work with those. If you run the fox or Taurus ends on this configuration you will need a spacer.
