Well.. I've had my 05115 kit installed in my stang for almost 6 months now, and I never filled the bottle... yeah, I know... and don't worry.. all the guys on our clubs mustang message board have been giving me crap about it for at least 5 months of that time...

Well.. last week I didn't feel like going to work, so I took a sick day... and since I had all that extra time, and since our club has a dyno day coming up on the 29th.. I decided it was the right day to get the bottle filled... so I drove down to Legendary So Cal Speedshop, and had them fill it up.. at $2.75 per pound (not bad)...

So yesterday I figured I would retard the timing, and fill the car up with premium.. and check to make sure I had the proper jets for a 100shot... and then take the car for a spin... well, ended up finishing around 8:00pm, and had a buddy come over so we could go out to a secluded street and give her a whirl... well.. I have a window switch that has a 1st gear lockout, so it will not spray in 1st gear (helps with wheel spin)... and when I hit second, the nitrous didn't work.. we tried it a few times, and never got anything... I was bummed...

Well.. after that I called a buddy, and he told me to bypass the hobbs switch (fuel pressure switch), and that solved the problem.. so today I went out for a spin, and damm.... this stuff hits hard... I was shaking after I made my quick pass... but had a huge grin on my face all the way back home..

I can't wait to post my numbers next weekend... I"ll be making two dyno runs NA, and one on the bottle.. maybe with 125hp jets...

Current numbers 271rwhp 303tq with GT40Ps, Cobra Intake, Forged bottom end (302), Crane 2031, LT's, and all the bolt ons... I'm hoping for 280-285rwhp NA, and 350rwhp on the bottle...

Wish me luck...

You will see what you want don't worry. Look forward to being very impressed on the dyno and at the track!
I made 228/278 N/A and 325/450 with the exact kit you have with 100 shot.
Do yourself a favor get some Drag Radials and a bottle warmer if you don't have them already. I ran 14.02 @ 98 N/A and 12.783 @ 109 spinning on street tires with the 100 dry shot.
Welcome to world of n2o and $50 a week addictive habit, you will prob end up with a 2 bottle set up before long.

What brand nitrous kit did you get? I have been looking for one. How hard is the install? Did you do it yourself?

Same kit as Killer95Stang 05115 kit from NOS dry shot. Very simple to install and should take you and hour or 2. Running SS line to trunk, mounting a bottle, wiring system which is simple, connecting solenoids and you are done.

94SC50,

Do you remember which jets you had for the 100shot? I'm running 47Nitrous/42Fuel... with 24lb injectors.. I've done searches, and find people suggesting a few different combinations, and the 47/42 combo came up a few times...

My shop installed the jet for me and I was running 40#'s with 19# injectors. My system came with 75 max shot. The jet they used came out of a NOS wet kit I think.
