Nitrous on Stock 5.0?

Whats up guys. I was wondering if putting nitrous on my mustang would be a good or bad thing. I know that nitrous has a bad rep, but i know it is safe if it is done right. My motor is stock except the B303 cam, and i was wondering what shot i should use, and where i should set my timing to make it safe. I don't want anything outrageous, i just want a little more power. i really don't know where to start on this idea, so any suggestions would be a BIG help. I want to know everything there is to know about it.

Need more info. How many miles? Purpose? Do you play slot machines?
