nitrous question

I just got nitrous off of my buddy and the kit he had came with a carburetor plate with the solenoids on it. what do i have to do to use that on a 4.6?
can i use those solenoids or do i need new ones? and where do i inject them at...right into the intake manifold??? so do i need to get the fogger nozzle? (is that right)
btw i have used nitrous on carburetored vehicles before
thanks for any info

Yes you can re-use the solenoids and generally you want to inject somewhere at the "beginning" of the manifold or in the intake piping,as long as it's behind the mass air meter. You should probably contact the manufacturer of the system as get some advice about the proper jet sizes for a fuel injected engine as they will be TOTALLY different than carberated ones. Yes you will need a new nozzle.
