The decision has been made to not reschedule the NMRA Atco event for the 2004 racing season. Due to the very active schedule of Atco Raceway, hosting an event almost every weekend, there are simply no viable opportunities for the NMRA to return to Atco this year.

However, your purchased tickets for this event may be redeemed for full value at a future NMRA event for a period of one year. To redeem your purchased tickets please follow the redemption instructions posted bellow.

We understand that the Hurricane has posed a major inconvenience on many of us involved with this event in Atco. We are attempting to make every effort possible to minimize the imposition on those who supported this event by attending under these difficult conditions.

Please check this web site on Friday, August 21st. for an official announcement regarding participant points allocations for this event.

Thank you all for your continued support of the NMRA and understanding with this most unfortunate situation.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS:
The only way to receive credit and a full redemption of your purchased tickets for the Atco event will be by taking the following steps:

1.) Mail your ticket stubs directly to the following address prior to December 31, 2004:
ProMedia
3518 West Lake Center Drive, Suite “D”
Department “E”
Santa Ana, California 92704

2.) Provide your full name, return address, which NMRA event you wish to be credited too and category/class you race in (IF YOUR REDEEMING A PARTICIPANT CREDENTIAL).

YOUR ENVELOPE MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT YOUR REQUESTING OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED.

Once your tickets are received they will be logged and processed. You will receive full credit for the processed tickets and placed on the official pre-entry list for the NMRA event you requested. You will receive a voucher in the mail for your confirmation reflecting the logged and processed tickets for the specific event you requested.

This voucher will then need to be presented at the Pit Gate of the NMRA event you requested. The voucher will be collected and you will be allocated the appropriate amount of credentials reflected on the voucher.

Thank you, very much for your understanding and support with this issue. We are attempting to do our very best to accommodate all of you who made the effort to support and attend the Atco event this year. Should you have any questions please contact Ed Jantz at (714) 444-2426 #115.

THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING!
