No fuel at fuel rail?

Very good! I'm glad you found your problem. I'm not familiar with how the double fuel pump hoses run, but I did think you had a fuel pump related problem. Hope it doesn't happen again. Good luck and good find, Tommy.

Thanks, Basically its two pumps that have seperate hoses coming from each, then each hose connects to a 2-1 (T) and that takes those 2 hoses and brings it down to 1 and then you connect that one hose to the top of the fuel hat for the fuel to be sent.

Basically this is what happened. One fuel hose on one fuel pump broke open and created a pressure leak, so it was enough pressure to send the fuel past the fuel filter, but not to the rails.

I have a feeling that the leak started before i filled my tank, but because the whole tank was pressurized at that time it didnt affect it in any way, but as soon as i filled up and popped that cap of it depressurized the car and that is why i got stuck 4-5 miles away. At least that's just my theory. Could be wrong.

Double Fuel Pump Operation?

My thought would be, is the fuel line hoses designed to take the pressure from the two fuel pumps. Almost appears that at a given moment, one of the hoses will experience some restriction, which would put more pressure in that line. Something to think about. I guess you will know if you decide to put the pedal to the metal again! Good luck, Tommy.
