I have 2002 mustang GT When trying to start I can not hear fuel pump and have no pressure Someone changed wiring harness under hood and I replaced so I believe I have that right I have checked the fuses and they are good. Replaced fuel pump and still nothing I checked that before putting on I checked inertia switch and has 12 volts on both wires when turning engine over What would you advise me to do next
