no oil pressure HELP!!!

Wow, that sounds like some pretty serious bearing damage man. If it gets that bad though I should be alright for a little while. Thank God that I still have a daily driver, because I was gonna sell it when I got the Stang to recooperate some of the money that I spent. I am really glad that I hung on to it now!

Yeah I would go with mechanical guage, but I was given an electric gauge and really can't afford to put money into another one. I guess it's just a waiting game right now. Thank you again guys for all of your help.

Well I finally got the Autometer gauge hooked up tonight. I went out for a 35 to 40 min drive and the lowest oil pressure I saw was about 22psi. Do you think this should be alright? The highest pressure I saw was about 50psi when I got up into higher rpms. I think this should be alright and though it's obviously not a fresh engine it should have plenty of life left. The only problem was that I was running about a half quart of oil to much, but I don't think that it would make a significant difference.

Could someone with more experience please lend your advice, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you again guys!

Does anyone know if about a half a quart extra of oil will cause the pressure to increase?
