NO POWER?????????

hi i have a 95 mustang and just got done doing a 5.0 swap from a 95 gt and i put all new spark plugs in it before i put it in the car, but when i took it for a ride it didn't have any power, and also before i put it in and i did a compression test on it and all were pretty high except for 2, 6 were at like 180 and the other 2 were at like 130ish, i was just wondering if i possibly could have hooked something up wrong or what, but anything will be a help, and ow yea what exactly is the compression supposed to be at???????????

do you have a timing light and a haynes manual
base timing is 10btc make sure you pull the spout before making any adjustments
IDK what compression is supposed to be
